Can the same reviewer use more than one color to track their own
changes?

Go to Tools > Options > User Information and make some change to the name
shown there -- add a number or a space, or some other change. Word will
"see" that as a different user. Set the Track Changes options to color By
Author, and each "different user" will have a separate color.

Not to butt in here, but I've had the same question. With your information:
how would a person change to the other user for the second set of changes?

As described, by (slightly) changing the name on the User Information tab of
Tools | Options.

Clarification: You mean that every time I want to type in another color,
change the user info at that time...

Thank you for your patience.

Correct.
