I have read some of the pains of the new program, and have experienced my on.
I have lost 7 months of mail that will not import from my Outlook Express
identity, and my address book was missing about a third of my contacts. This
is ludicrous. I am not a newbie. The reason for switching in the first
place was irregularities with IE7 and OE6. I kept getting minidump and
regsvr32 problems for weeks before I changed.
How do I get my mail back?

You do not say if you are using an upgrade to Vista, or a new machine, or if
you still have access to the OE message store?

Have a look here and see if anything helps?

Thanks for the response, Steve. No, I am not using Vista, any grade. I have
WinXPSP3/IE7. I have tried Outlook, and did not like it, so I really wanted
to stay with OE6, but for the past several weeks, I have been fighting these
problems, so I looked for answers in MS, only to be told to switch to Windows
Live. After more research, I have OE6 back, my mail is intact, and I'm not
sure which mail client I will use. Til I make up my mind, I will stay with
OE6. Again, Thanks.
