Reverse DNS

at www.dnsstuff.com I did a lookup in the spam database for my servers IP address ( I was being flagged as a spam relay, thats another issue already resolved

the problem is there is one more list blocking me. dnsstuff says its PTR and they say

"IP address has no reverse DNS entry; some mail servers may not accept your mail.

but my server does have reverse DNS......is there a setting I could be missing, or is my reverse DNS set up wron

how is it supposed to be set up?, unfortunately I did not set up this server, I was hired after the server was setup. I dont know much about reverse DNS, any help would be appreciated

This is not something you typically setup. This is done by your ISP so that
when someone does a NSlookup on your IP address of your mail server domain
they know that you are a real legitimate business. Contact your ISP and ask
them how your "Reverse DNS" is setup and they should be able to do this for
you.
