Reverse DNS Mapping

What is this? I am trying to download software offered by a .mil site and
have a .mil address. However, I keep getting the "page cannot be displayed"
error and the site tells me something about host name cannot be found.
Please help. I am not advanced in computers so please keep it simple.

Thanks in advance!
 
The site insists that it obtain DNS "Lookup" from your server (ISP), which
they may not allow. Talk to them about it.
