I use both WordPerfect and Word. One of the reasons I prefer
WordPerfect is the reveal codes feature. A couple of months ago I
downloaded a free program (the name of which I cannot recall) that
advertised itself as providing a Word equivalent to WordPerfect's
reveal codes feature. However, after installing it, I decided I did
not like it because it included the codes in the body of the document
(which I found distracting) and not in a separate window like
WordPerfect. So I uninstalled it.
All was quiet until recently. As of a few days ago the codes have
started appearing in the body of every document every time I use Word.
I checked my add/remove programs list and did not see anything that
looked like the program I had downloaded. I did the same for my
downloaded programs file.
So how do I now get rid of these codes???
