Wow, they must have redone it, it looks very different
from the last time I visited. Anyone know what the
possible changes/improvements are? Thanks for any info!
Full and tinyurl links above, both go to the new cdo
interface.

I don't like having a main window scroll bar, and a subframe scroll bar,
as it screws with scrolling with a wheel mouse, so I personally like the
old interface better.

Yes, I see your point. This one has more options tho like it puts the previous poster's name in the separator line and it includes the Re: when responding to a post. It also has rules of conduct listed and it has a method of reporting misuse which seems like improvements to me. I don't like that the separator frames between the different sections (between the newsgroups list on the left, the list of posts and the preview pain) becuase on the old one it was adjustable, and on the new one it's not. Some good and some bad I guess with the change.

I didn't see the reporting misuse part. Cool! I going to go report myself
right away! ;-)

LOL, you are so funny sometimes! :) The report misuse
part is on the compose a new post and reply windows if you
click on "More about email and privacy" link. You can
even search for posts on the new interface. Overall, I
like it better than the old one.

PIGGY BACK

I see a trend starting. People are going to move away from email
as much as they can. This CDO is just the start. I noticed that our
local newspaper had to quit using email and move to a webpage
because of the SPAM etc.

"How do I report an inappropriate post? To report an inappropriate post,
click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen. This link opens a
form that you can enter your feedback in, and send to Microsoft."

But the Contact Us link takes you to this web page.
http://register.microsoft.com/contactus30/contactus.asp?domain=windows

Not directly to any misuse form. Damn! I guess ya'll are stuck with me!

Did you check out the crossposting feature? Yikes!
