Returning selected items in a listbox into another listbox

Hi,

This is my first using this website...so here goes.....

I am using VBA(excel) and have a listbox in an userform, where the user can select different job roles.

I want the selected items from the listbox to be displayed in another listbox in another userform.

How do I do this?
