I keep getting the above email subject line back to me. They are generated by Internet Delivery System [[email protected]]. These identify email addresses I am not at all familiar with and don't have in my adddress book.
The very next message I get is something like: "internet secruity update", or"last security update" All claim to be microsoft addresses, but they are always a bit different.
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002. I've done a windows update so have the latest in software security I believe, but they keep coming.

I have a virus scan program on my computer and have no viruses. The soft ware updates nightly. I checked it, no bugs.
Where are these emails comping from and how do I stop them??? (I'm getting a set of 2-3 per day)
If this isn't the forum for this please advise where I should go.

Thanks,
Patty

The e-mails that you are talking about are carrying a virus. Microsoft does
not send out updates through e-mail. Unfortunately all you can do is block
the sender or continue to delete the messages. Do not click to install any
of the updates that are in the e-mails.

I hope this informtation is helpful.
