I need to know what command to use to over ride the Startup feature I put on
the database?

Try holding down the shift key while the database is opening.

What "startup feature" is that?

Normally, holding "control" while opening your database will temporarily
override any startup options. To permanently fix them, you'd have to tell
us what features you put in place.
