My 3yr old daughter hit the key board while on the disney channel. Now the taskbar is at the top of the desktop. It will not drag to the bottom of the screen. It will expand downward but will not move left or right. How do I return it to the bottom of my desktop
Thanks David

Right click on an empty portion of the taskbar. Uncheck the option to Lock
Taskbar. You should now be able to drag it to where you want it. When
happy with the location, check the Lock Taskbar option.
