Return addresses with logos

Could you tell me how to set up a return address with a logo in Word 2007?
I had this set up in Workd 2002 but can't figure it out witht eh newer
version. Thanks.
 
I looked at this earlier but with the menu commands gone, how do I find the
AutoText entries?
 
AutoText is now part of the QuickParts Buildling Blocks.
