When I print envelopes the return address does not print, even though it
appears in the "Preview" and "omit return address" is not checked.
 
Do you have the correct envelope size selected? On my PC it defaults to size
10, but we use DL envelopes mainly in the UK.
If your default envelope size is bigger than the envelope you're using there
won't be a space for the return address on the envelope!

Depending on version, go to Tools>Envelopes & Labels and make sure there is
no check in the Omit box for Return Address. |:>)
 
That would be the part where dtbsbarb wrote: "'omit return address' is not

If you reread the original post, you'll see they already stated that the Omit
Return Address box is NOT checked. My guess is that Genine is correct, there
is probably something wrong with the settings where the envelope size is
incorrect. The address is probably printing but in the wrong area so it
isn't printing on the actual envelope (make sense? I didn't think so).

I am having the exact same problem now: # 10 envelopes, omit not checked,
shows in preview. Did you ever resolve this issue?
 
Perhaps the printer orientation is wrong. If you insert a whole piece of
paper, and "lie" to computer, saying you're really printing an envelope,
does the return address appear in some unanticipated location?
 
I just tried this little trick and found out the my setting were off! Thanks
for the advice. This is what was the most helpful
 
I have windows XP (Office 2003). When I use the tools, envelope an labels
and pick an envelope size, the envelope return address margin defaults to
5.15" or more, putting the return address in the middle of the page instead
of the left corner as it should. It does say page break. I tried this on
different size envelopes and it still defaults to the top middle of the
envelope page. This never happened before and I never had this problem
before. How can I change the default back to its normal confirguration?
