Retrive deleted draft

I have windows XP home with service pk 2.
When on the write screen I deleted, when I wanted to save the draft.
Can I get it back??? How??

What application were you using;WORD, WORKS, Corel WP, each
may have some built-in backup too.

Was the document ever saved, or just a work in progress ?
Some applications will do an Automatic background write
at some fixed interval ( 5 Minutes or so ). If the document
was never saved, then it's likely gone unless you can invoke
the program with a recovery option.
