retrieving lost photos

Hi all
Have searched extensively but unable to find freeware that allows finding
and saving of accidently deleted photos, (recycle bin empty). Certain
companies offer free retrieving/viewing but not for saving. Appreciate
someone possibly pointing me in the right direction. Many thanks in advance.
