retrieving emails

I accidentely deleted all of my emails and then erased the
recycle bin and my pop server emails were all deleted with
it. Is there a way to retrieve my emails? How do I do
that?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer

you could try finding and importing an old pst file - but why ask on
thisng you get no help here or from microsoft anywher
