With Outlook 2003 I was able to copy (control C) an email and paste (control
V) an email inside of an appointment. In Outlook 2007 the copy capability
still exists but when you attempt to open the email, it will not open; the
only thing available is the subject of the email.

it's probably always been a better function to use Insert Item to put an
email inside a meeting. It works in 2007.

Do you have Google Desktop Search installed? If yes, either uninstall it or disable its indexing of Outlook items.
