Retrieving deleted text not a file?

Can a person recover deleted text within a Word file after it's been saved.
This is crucial if at all possible.

Only if you have a backup copy (possibly the .wbk file created if you have
the "Always create backup copy" option checked, or a printed copy), or if
the document hasn't been closed yet and you can use Undo. If neither of
those conditions is true, the deleted text is permanently gone.
