Retrieving deleted recurrent calendar appointment in outlook

Hi,

Is there a way I can retrieve a recurrent calendar appointment that I set in
Outlook 2003, which I accidently deleted as I mistakenly clicked on delete
the series of recurrent?

I have some important notes that I typed in the recurrent appointments so
that's why I would like to retrieve them. Thanks in advance.

Drag them from the Deleted Items Folder onto the Calendar Folder. Use the
Folder List view to do this.
