retrieving deleted email in Foxfire

Deleted sent,trash and many more emails. Anyway without paying $300 to
retrieve?

If you are using some type of web-based e-mail thru Firefox (Firefox is NOT
an e-mail client), then no, you need to speak with the administrators of
the web-based e-mail system you use. The $300 is probalby for them to pull
the stuff from backups.
