Retrieving a deleted message

Hello,

Is there someway of retrieving a deleted message once you have emptyed
deleted files? Or, does it have to be done on the Exchange Server?
 
On the exchange server the keep deleted items must be set for longer than 0
days. If it has then go into outlook, click on the deleted items then go
toTools-> recover deleted items. It is also possible to recover deleted
items in from other areas in outlook (inbox, sent etc) but this requires a
registry entry. Do a search on google for this one.
