The easiest way to do it is if you have "Always create backup copy"
checked on the Save tab of Tools>Options. Then you could open the backup
file, which has a *.wbk extension and is named "Backup of " + original
file name, and then just copy the item back to the original document. Of
course, this assumes that the deleted item still exists in the *.wbk
file.
Alternatively, press Ctrl+Z multiple times (or click the arrow next to
the Undo button on the Standard toolbar). This won't be possible if
you've saved, closed and reopened the document after the deletion.
