retrieve deleted group from Outlook 2003 address book

I selected a member of a group in my Outlook 2003 address book and clicked
the 'x' delete symbol. The entire group vanished without trace. How can I
retrieve it? Help please anyone?

it sounds like you have deleted a Distribution List (outlook has no
:groups"). The Distribition List will be in your Deleted Items folder. Drag
it to your Contacts Folder.
