Retrieve deleted attachments

Hi!

Silly enough I've deleted an attachment from a mail instead of saving it. Is
there any way in which I can retrieve the deleted attachment? (I've already
tried undo, the deleted items folder and the overall trash bin and it is
nowhere!).
