Retrieve deleted account/profile with e-mails?

I accidentally deleted an account/profile in Outlook, along with the e-mails.
Can I somehow retrieve the e-mails?

Outlook 2003

I was setting it up very late at night. The default account name was
Outlook when I opened the program. I somehow retrieved e-mail messages from
there, then set up the correct named accounts, then deleted the account
entitled "Outlook", which must have been my e-mail account until I set up the
new ones. Now I can't see any of the e-mails that were downloaded and
they're not on my server. Is there any way to get them back?

You deleted the mail profile not the account. You can always connect to
additional pst-files (the data store Outlook uses to save mails, contacts,
etc in) via File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

OK. I think I understand, but now I have 4 "Personal Folders". I found out
how to close the extra ones, but now I can't receive e-mail. All the
settings look fine, and I tested the connection. I can get e-mail from the
web mail address on the internet but not Microsoft Outlook. It was working
fine before. Could it be my computer because it's been running really slow
since I installed some JAVA updates today that it prompted me to instal?.
And a bunch of web pages I've been viewing are locking up on me. I don't
know. I think I might go back to Outlook Express. This is too complicated.
