HELP! I inadvertently deleted a document from the recycle bin. How do I
retrieve it?

Unless you have a backup of the file, you don't retrieve it. :-(

The recycle bin is intended to be your "safety net" for when you change your
mind and want to get a file back. If you cut a hole in the safety net....
