Do you use Exchange? If so, and if the user hasn't already read the message
or done *anything* including having OL open with the preview pane enabled,
you can try Message Recall - but I wouldn't count on it working. It rarely
does. Best not to bother - ask your Exchange admins for help or prepare to
be a little embarrassed and don't make things worse by sending a message
stating that "UserX would like to recall MessageY."
If you don't use Exchange, there's even less hope.
