resyncing calendar

I have installed the latest outlook/Notes connector and
it is workly quite well. However every time I restart
outlook it totally downloads every item in my calendar,
all 1200+ of them. This takes at least 5-10 minutes
every time Outlook starts. This happens if no changes
have been made to the calendar at all since the last time
I exited outlook.

Sheldon,
Looks like you have some exceptions in the calendar items that recur and
hence the Connector spends some time figuring out if there are more
exceptions to download. These typically would be the old calendar items and
it would be worthwhile to Archive all old calendar items and then that would
give you a better performance. Let us know if this helps

I did an archive in Notes to get rid of old Calendar
entries, but still each and every time I open outlook it
downloads all 1000+ appointments.

I have the same problem. evertime i run the outlook i have to wait for 850 items to sync up before getting my e-mails. (unlike 2002 connector
any ideas?
