Hi,

I'm having same problem - found it by trying to change
internet options (ie6) under tools menu! Got the same
msg - I just completed a windows XP SP2 update and pow! I
can't figure out how to drop the security - I too log in
as Admin. So, we're looking for the same answer - there
must be something common to both of us...
 
so how were you getting the restriction message? and if
you go to start- run and type "msconfig" does it say the
same message?
