restrictions service pack 2

i just updated to windoes service pack 2 for windows xp
and i cant view certin web sites like roxio help totorials
or some adult sites

how do i lift all restrictions?
i want to view eveything.

Have you tried turn off the firewall and disable the pop up blocker, and
maybe adding the sites to your trusted zone.
