Restrictions on Internet Explorer

BlankWhen I try to change the internet options under tools I get the
following message:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.
My question is how can I remove this restriction.
This is a home computer and I have administrator rights.

You will have a much better chance of getting a helpful answer to your
question by posting your message in the appropriate newsgroup for your
version of Internet Explorer.
