I am unable to open an Internet page from an incoming mail. If someone is
directing me to a page by: "click on following link", it always opens up a
window from Microsoft Office Outlook saying: "This operation has been
canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your
system administrator".
How can I undo those restrictions?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for the latest
information.

No need to post more than once. Your first post received a reply a full three
