How to undo operation "restrictions" in Outlook? I am sys.admin.

In Office 2007 email, I must have inadvertently changed something so I can no
longer click on any link in the body of an incoming email and go to that
link. Instead, I get an error message that says, "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator." However, no one uses either the computer or the
program except me, so I am the system administrator and I don't know what i
did to cause the restriction, nor how I can fix it. Please, can anybody
help?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for the latest
information.
