restriction on number of reviewers in microsoft word

Does anyone know if there is any restriction on the maximum number of people
who could provide comments in a word doc ?

I'm betting there is, although I can't remember ever having seen it documented.
What kinds of numbers are you contemplating? And in which version of Word?
