Restriction of new email notification to email arriving in inbox

I'm only interested in being notified of new email delivered to my inbox.
Please permit that restriction in options.
 
This is the default for Outlook 2003 already. All mail that is being moved
by rules do not show the Destop Alert unless specified in the rule.
