restriction in change in outlook message

for an example if we send a message to other person, then
the person reply to us with our message. It is possible
for the person to amend our message which is sent by
us.Now my question is I want to restrict others being
modify the message. Is there any option in outlook 97 if
have means please post the answer in the newsgroup as soon
as possible.

Yes, when they reply, it's *their* message. You have no control over it
unless you use one of the security services listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/security.htm#services to generate it.
