Restriction box shows on opening links in e-mail

I am trying to disable the restriction box that come every time I try to open
a link to a e-mail Can you help?

Which restriction box?
Version of Outlook?
Version of Windows?

It usually means that you have not properly set a default Internet browser
in Windows. Reset your default browser and check if Windows has properly
registered it as the default.
