Restricting Websites

Hi, i want to restrict any websites that have any sort of sexual, violence,
language refrence. How do i do this, without having buy additional software.

Also, i do not want to have to type in a pasword everytime i visit any
websites that do not have a rating. is there another way.

I am using windows xp.

Hi, i followed the instruction on the link you requested. To try it out, i
went to google, and types in "porn". The first site is blocked because of the
conrtent advisor, but i get into any of the others.
