Restricting certain websites

Hi, i recently followed instructions from the response that i got from
another user in order to restrict certain websites. i was told to on content
advisor, slide the bar for sex, nudity, violence etc according to my needs.
and then in the general tabl click on "users can see sites that have no
rating".

To test this out, i went to google and types in "porn". The first site on
the list was blocked because of content advisor, but the rest were still
accessible.

I do not want to buy additional software. ive got children and teenagers
using the computer. as a precaution, i want to do this.

can anybody help.
