Restricting user rights on Windows Xp Pro

Hi folks,

I do some volunatary work for a local youth group. As you can imagine
they are prone to messing about with the settings on the computers, as
a result I am constantly trying to get them back into working order.
I've been looking into the possibility of restricting their access to
such things as drives, task mgr (they disable net nanny etc), desktop
settings, ability to save to the C: drive, and download permissions. Is
there a way in which I can cofigure these settings for the youth users?
(Without having to edit the registry) By the way they all log on as the
one user : Youth User:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi folks and thanks for the suggestions and links

I have been using the MS Shared Computer Toolkit for some time now, but
having great trouble with user accounts freezing on login, have tried
various fixes suggested for this problems but to no avail, hence XP
Pro........

I had thought that there was a facility within XP Pro to manage user
accounts using a GUI provided, but obviously not.....

Will do a bit of research before implementing any restrictions, which
hopefully should then save me some time on the support end if i get it
(mostly right)

Again thanks all for your help, much appreciated.
