restricting logins to PC

Hi,

How can we restrict users login to PC, using a method
other than "Login To" property of user account.

You can use the "logon locally" right in group policy or the "deny logon
locally" right.
If these are XP or 2003 ya might want to remove the logon thru TS session
also, if you so desire.
