Restricting Internet Explorer

We are hosting a heritiage event and want to place a couple of computers out
for people to view a specific web page and links from that page. How can I
lock down interent explorer 6.0 and also windows to prevent surfing other
sites or to prevent people from manipulating other windows functions. I would
like to to function like a Kiosk.
