Restricting Guest Account

I created an additional account in the Guest accounts group in WinXP Pro. I
want to be able to stop the account from downloading files, installing and
removing programs, and affecting of other user accounts desktops. How do I
do this? Thank you in advance of any responses.

Firstly, disable all "guest" accounts - they are a security risk.
then, create a Limited account - call it "Visitor" or something. You can
then restrict that as much as you like, mainly through group policies.

said there are templates on Microsoft's website that I can download. I'll
