Restricting downloads

I want to know how do you restrict certain or all users
in WinXP Home using IE 6 from downloading email
attachments. Is there any way that that kind of download
be password protected?

You would have to modify the Internet and other "Zones" in Internet Options,
Security, and set the file size limits there. These are per user settings,
so you would have to do this from each user's desktop. Then you would have
to restrict their access to Regedit and the Security tab in Internet
Options, to prevent them from changing them back.
