Restricting Domain login to a single user

Can this be done. At this time anyone with an account can
walk up to any computer on our network and login with his
or her account username and password. Can you restrict it
to just one user?
 
Only make one domain user account a member of each system's local users
group. By default, Domain Users is added to each system's Users group.
 
In Local Security Policy/security settings/local policies/user rights assignments you
can manage who can logon locally or via the network. Keep in mind that the deny
option overrides users/groups in the log on locally user right. --Steve

Do you mean:
Active Directory Users and Computers:
for each user: Properties/Account/Log On To...
