How restrict users to single login

I can't seem to find where to restrict a user account to a
single login. I've restricted which computers each user
may login to, but cannot find where to limit it to one
session. I searched the Microsoft knowledgebase but
didn't find the answer.

If you have a small network you may want to configure that with the security
policy user rights assignments of logon/deny log on locally or the same for
access/deny access this computer from the network on member computers. For
most that is not practical. For larger networks their is the cconnect
utility from the RK, but it requires a client component and the use of a SQL
