Restricting accessibility to ALL windows programs, control panel e

How do I restrict a limited-user' to be able to start/open only business
related programs... yet leave all fuctions/access to an 'administrator' level
user. I want to block Internet explorer.... and render the computer to
business program use... only. no tweaking/poking by limited user. This
computer is intended to run my business' financial program only....

I know this can be done, my other 'job' working for the world famouse
'mouse' has computers locked-down to the MAX.... so there is a solution out
there somewhere ;-) If there is a white-paper or something on this,
please advise

You can do this by adding iexplore.exe in the blocked programmes list in
windows firewall. Type firewall.cpl and there you can configure which
programmes you want to allow and which you want to deny.
