Can someone please tell me the name of the file that contains the list of
sites that IE will not go too? I changed the file month ago and forgot what
he full path/name is. Thanks

The file name is HOSTS. The HOSTS file will be present in the following location:

Windows XP=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K=C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98\ME=C:\WINDOWS

If you're referring to the 'Restricted Zone' domains in Internet Explorer, they're (including Trusted, Intranet domains) present here:
