Restricted Site addition-Spyware Trusted?

[Why?]

When I add a site to my "Resticted Sites" in Internet
Explorer 6.0.2900.2180 XPSP2 I get a green pop-up from
Microsoft Antispyware 1.0.509 asking if I want to block
that site from being added to my "Trusted Sites".
First question is-are new additions to "restricted sites"
being added to "trusted sites" even though they dont show
up in "trusted Sites"
Second Question-why a green popup asking if I want to add
the site to "trusted sites".

This is definitely a bug. You should check your restricted and trusted
sites lists, but I believe that you'll find that the site is properly
recorded, and that the lists are effective--just the popup wording is
scrambled.
