adding a website to IE restricted site

Whenever I add a site to the "Restricted Sites" list, a
pop-up from AntiSpyware says the following:

A new Internet Explorer trusted site requires your approval
Internet Explorer allows trusted sites to run with lower
security settings. Security settings should not be
changed without your permission. You should block this
change if you have not made the change or run a sprogram
to do so.

Trusted Site: whatever site I've added to the "Restricted
Sites"

What would you like to do? Allow or Block

Now what I don't understand, is if I'm adding a site to
the "Restricted Sites" list, why is it asking me for
approval to "Trust" this site?

This is a "bug" is MSAS Beta1, allow the action.
The site you are adding to restricted sites *will* be placed in that zone.

This "bug" isn't only with MSAS.

Many other programs do the same thing.

If you use SpywareBlaster to place items in the
Restricted Sites list while MSAS is running, it will
cause problems. Even if you aren't running MSAS, it can
still cause problems.

The other programs, even Spybot, detects registry keys
that "shouldn't" be there. These keys have been placed
there by SpywareBlaster, and MUST be there for the
program to properly protect the system.

A workaround to this problem is to first shutdown MSAS
when you want to first modify the Restricted Sites list.
Then you can modify the list and restart MSAS. I think
after the first time you modify the list you don't have
to shutdown MSAS.
