Bascically in my AD domain I want to create an Admins
Group, this group can do everything except GRoup Policy
roll out.What is the best way of doing it.
I will then have existing Domain Admins group who is the
only group/user who can change Policy.
In short will have two level of Administrators but Admins
group cannot roll out Policy can can do the rest.
Please advise
